We are all feeling the effects of COVID-19 restrictions, and some of the psychological disress can be explained by lockdown conditions and by intolerance to uncertainty. Jeff and Mace offer some simple techniques for managing these symptoms while we wait for the situation to resolve.

There are different versions of the posts, but most refer to the claim that the community will add the letter P to the acronym LGBT.
