Assertive Communication

The boys sit down today to talk about Communicating Assertively. We are posting this episode around the holidays and we often find ourselves in family and social situations that lead to conflict. Communicating assertively is a necessary skill when dealing with conflict or trying to establish boundaries. I really enjoyed the discussion and I hope you do too. Thanks again, guys!
